Last time we were in touch, Tsar told me he was in Western Ukraine - Lviv to be precise. I'm only telling you this because he was talking not about good things in his message to me.
Has anyone else been in touch with him? I'm glad he's in Western Ukraine and not Kyiv or Eastern Ukraine or other areas that are getting bombed. Lviv has been bombed rather lightly all things considered.
