Luxury Lounge is a new nightclub that recently opened on Winkler Avenue and Metro Parkway in Fort Myers, where Shamrock Sports Lounge & Liquor/Moran's bar used to be.
At nearly all bars and restaurants in Southwest Florida, shorts and short sleeve shirts are allowed. Southwest Florida has a tropical climate. And Southwest Florida's tropical climate directly fits the shorts and short sleeve shirt dress culture. A lot of people also wear tank tops in Southwest Florida's tropical climate.
Unfortunately, one place you won't be seeing anyone wearing shorts or short sleeves is at that new Luxury Lounge on Winkler and Metro in Fort Myers. That is correct, the management of Luxury Lounge requires all patrons to wear long sleeves and long pants. No shorts and no short sleeve shirts allowed, it's their dress code. Anyone in violation will be denied entry.
Truthfully, those owners and managers of Luxury Lounge should never have opened that place in Florida. They need to pack up and relocate themselves and their business with their no shorts allowed and no short sleeves allowed dress code to Alaska.
In Alaska, nobody ever wears shorts or short sleeves due to Alaska's cold, harsh climate. You especially will absolutely never see anyone wearing short sleeves or shorts in Fairbanks, Nome, Barrow (Utqiagvik), Wainwright, Nuiqsut, Kivalina, and Arctic Village. And any of those specific cities in Alaska will fit anyone perfectly that enforces a dress code prohibiting shorts and short sleeves.
No shorts or short sleeve shirts allowed at Luxury Lounge Fort Myers. Those people belong in Alaska.
