I already have a post about how the job market in the US is just like the dating scene, and the boomerang generation is just the result of misandry now making it harder and harder for average American men to get jobs. Face it, many college graduates these days have only one option, and that is move back in with their parents; this is especially true for guys. I'm losing all hope of getting a job and eventually leaving America (or relocating to El Paso if I stay in this country) because women have no problems getting jobs while guys have a very difficult time even getting an interview. My theory is these man-hating feminists are trying to keep average American men stuck in their parent's homes, unable to move out, and forcing them to be lonely and single for life. I find my hometown Los Alamos to be one of the loneliest places in America for single men. Up there the only way to meet people is through friends or if you work at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the women living in Los Alamos are all taken...no single women whatsoever.

Add this, moving back in with your parents means you lose your freedom. It doesn't matter if you're 23, 24, or 25, your parents are still going to put restrictions on you and wonder who is in your social and dating life, and if you want to go places you'll have a curfew. This right here clearly is one of the reasons America is NOT a free country. So, true freedom = no job, marriage, children, mortgage, or living with your parents

I'm really desperate to finding alternate solutions to this screwed-up job market, which is on the borderline to being plagued beyond repair.

America's way of life is really a historical aberration. Throughout most of history, families stayed together (in many parts of the world it is still like this fortunately) and there was no "moving out." Or at least not "moving out" that went beyond the community. There were exceptions, but this was almost always how it was. America is reverting to resemble this old way of life a little bit so far because the economy died and left millions with nowhere to go. Eventually, once this maddening era is finished, something more reasonable will surely reassert itself if the world keeps turning.

That said, it doesn't really help your situation right now. Instead, I'll ask: what are you willing to do to make going abroad happen? Are you willing to live a third world life on very little money? Are you willing to be an English teacher? Are you willing to take some risks and start a business that will give you some freedom? You need to answer this first. And what is your main goal? Keep the ultimate goal in mind always. If you want to make a permanent escape one day and find a wife, have a family in saner part of the world, you'll have to play the long game.

I know you are looking for a job now. But the truth is that even if you get a high paying job, it likely will serve to keep you here rather than free you. Let's say you get a $100K a year job. You'll be paying a third of that in taxes. You'll have expenses. You'll move out into an apartment and house, which will definitely keep you here in a bad environment. Your parents will see your stability and may start suggesting you get married, even to a single mom or somesuch scum...

You're unemployed and looking. So are millions more. But you've got an infinitely valuable resource: time. Make a routine of learning things that will serve you. I do this myself because otherwise I may lose sight of my dreams and end up stuck here again. Here's my suggestion for a daily routine, similar to mine:

Job search - 1 hour
Foreign Language study - 1 hour
Exercise - 1 hour
Creative Endeavor/Researching to Start a Business/Ways to Make Money - 2 hours
Travel Research/Planning - 1 hour

A simple 6 hour routine that will put you on the right track. It might take 100,000 baby steps for you to get there. But you can get there. Make a routine to sight of your dreams. Stay on the path.

At least in some parts of the US, the job market is better than others. For instance, a lot of people in New Mexico are leaving the state because there are not enough jobs to go around; many of these people would move to places like Texas.

dude, you got to leave that shitty state of New Mexico. Every time I would go there, I was amazed just how much of a backwater that state is. If you want a job, you have to go to Texas but also, be open in what to work in. Jobs aren't plentiful like it use to be but on the plus-side, most people your age are too stupid and depressed to do anything bold.
