Pretty easy. Chinese men usually try their hardest to get work in Tier 1 city, while they were born in Tier 2 city. He just need to date women from Tier 2, 3 and 4 cities, and sponsor the women's trip to visit him at Tier 1 city one by one. Tier 1 is richer than 2, 3 and so forth. Imagine women from Tier 4 city got flirted from guy at Tier 1 city. I can hear panties dropping

If it is, then the answer is yes. I think you're confused. I was explaining how he managed to juggle with so many girlfriends. Chinese girls are usually overly attached. There is no way he can get over that if they all live in the same city. The fact that he ran a scam is a secondary matter not related to how he juggle with 17 girls. He could have been a rich dude and still scam the women. Women give in easily when they sense a rich alpha, or a man who simply pretends to be rich alpha and act convincingly real enough. It is the cities tiering system that allows this (17 girlfriends) to happen. That is what I was explaining and surprisingly folks here did not seem to be aware of.
