I started posting comments regularly on youtube under my own name, which is of course really stupid but I thought it was my moral obligation after a certain event. It quickly became apparent that my comments, seemingly dust in the wind, were in fact having a huge effect. Channels would desperately try to ignore me (which was pitiful), try to argue with me (which they of course can’t) or ban me, but of course others would follow in my footsteps, so they would have to delete their entire comments section, which is where we are now. You freaking maggots are cowards and can’t debate. f**k you.

You have to consider that when @Cornfed finds ANYTHING he can win at, he has to put considerable value on it since it is so rare in his life. Quite understandable actually....

I find that many people just want to hear themselves talk, and worse, there are others who debate because they love arguing and not because they are out to learn something or share their knowledge. Pride and ego can come into play here.
