Are Virus-Based Vaccines Available in the USA or England?

Just heard something on a podcast, and was wondering if it's true. That western nations have been targeted more for depoulation with the mass deployment of mRNA vaccines, while Asian countries and others have better access to more traditional vaccines. I mean attenuated virus vaccines or live virus vaccines. Sinopharm is one such example. In any case, the mRNA vaccines are promoted much more heavily in places like the USA. Where I live in the third world, I get the sense that more people have taken Sinopharm than the other jabs.
