You're probably right about a lot of those points, but re: South Africa, besides the white population tending to be soft on this issue (while still steadily being bloodily genocided out thanks to the jews and hostile blacks in there), SA is infested with jews who were behind all their political problems they have there, and some of the bigger movers and shakers trying to get faggotry to spread elsewhere in Africa are jews from SA.
Other countries in Africa are still the most valiant in resisting globohomo (though Hungary and Russia among others look like they deserve some good credit in this area too): The people of Malawi have just filled the streets protesting sodomy, and both the Ugandans and Ghanaians are trying to put through heavy-duty anti-sodomy bills (with Ugandans leading the field, last time I checked).

Oh yeah, re: Hungary vs Japan, I don't know exactly why the faggots who prepared these rankings ranked it quite the way they did, but I agree from what I've seen that Japan is "apathetic" at best when it comes to resisting the onslaught of globohomo and faggotry.
