I've taken oxazepam 3 hours ago and I feel great./my intrusive thinking and compulsions have reduced by 85-95% already.

if I had no ocd,I'd be happy and productive no matter what.

I also find it easier to be a good christian now.

I'm also much more empathetic.

@Lucas88 maybe benzos are something for your ocd?alongside neurofeedback?Life is worth living without ocd brother.

it's beautiful.It's like you can ride the storms no matter what,when you don't have anxiety and intrusive thoughts and compulsions.life is so much easier.there is a inner happiness and gratitude.

I'm also less drawn to the toxic alt-sphere and the manuresphere.I don't see women as evil beings,just conditioned to be a certain way and it's not their fault.Humans in a natural environment are good folks.we just live in a sick society,and I'm starting to see capitalism is a huge part of this.
