"An Idiot Abroad", is a funny adventure travel program on discovery channel. Ironically, the host, Karl Pilkington dislikes travelling and has a very small comfort zone which gets him into some very interesting senarios. Here's some clips.

Apparently he had no idea it was going to be called 'An Idiot Abroad' until it had all been filmed.
