It is called being a real man and therefore having high testosterone. Embrace that and shave your heads, real men.

What about your food? Eggs and dairy products are great foods for hair growth and thickness. Milk, yogurt and eggs are loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids. Dairy products are also a great source of biotin (Vitamin B7) that is known to fight hair loss.

Cow manure works to make certain crops go. It's organic, too.

If any of you want to do that, post the video on YouTube and be sure to post the link, please.

I heard Turkey is the place to go for hair transplants. NaughtyNomad, Mark Zolo, who has a website went to the following place in Turkey.

Anybody heard this or where else do you recommend? How is Thailand?

I'm considering doing the full Elon Musk method of transplant+finasteride+minoxidil versus just shaving it all off. Finasteride kind of freaks me out, as it can rarely cause endocrine collapse, but everyone I know that is on it says they have no side effects so I'm thinking about rolling those dice.

Shaved head here. Simple, cheap, easy to check for ticks when hiking in the woods, makes my age hard to ascertain, no risk of "endocrine collapse" (I'll take risks when necessary, but not risks for the sake of vanity). Takes about 2 minutes each morning in addition to the 1 minute it takes to shave my face.

There's also the option of shaving then wearing a wig, including full Fabio style shoulder length hair, if pleasing women is the issue.

I've got a lot of cherry angiomas and other imperfections that make shaving my head a bloody nightmare of a task or else I'd go that route. They also don't look fantastic, even if they are small

I'd take the risks of cosmetic surgery to remove those imperfections versus the risk of "endocrine collapse" with finasteride. Hair transplant also probably has higher risk of unsightly appearance afterwards than routine cosmetic surgery to remove skin growths like cherry angiomas.

Yes, stop washing your hair in hot water. Tepid to cold water will work the best. Eat a lot protein so your body can extract the most amino acids from it.

I noticed my hair is getting less and less since a few years. I don't care much about it. Near to my 70s now. I use some tonic and shampoo and a massage brush to get rid of oily skin on the head, this helps a little bit. I don't buy any hair grow products.
No really an important issue for men, just my opinion.

There are many more important issues regarding your health if you are getting older...
