How to Find THE Women?

It seems here in the US, if you have a setback (like I do), you are kinda screwed. But you go abroad, you meet those who are intelligent, but who are feminized, ones that are sweet, but you can't converse with, and with the first, if you were an ordinary Joe, they would treat you like your home country's women would treat you. Does this superficialness ever get to you? How to you avoid this?
