Yes. Black is hated globally, especially in Asia. Since you are caramel rather than chocolate, you'll do better, but you still won't do as well as white or latin guys would. They might not try to kill you, depending on where you are (either due to non-violent racism or due to your stature), but when it comes to jobs and women, you can almost throw in the towel, especially in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and China.

Don't venture off into obscure places with little population.

Stay in areas with a great number of people and you'll be ok.

The only places to worry about would be Russia and South Korea.
