Obama signs executive orders on equal pay claiming that women who work full time in the U.S. make an average of 77 cents for every dollar men make. In the real world, you are typically hired or paid based on your abilities to do a job. That's why college grads get paid less to do a job versus someone who has been doing a specific job with years of experience. It shouldn't be any different with men and women. Some jobs are simply better done by a man than a woman. We have women trying to do some jobs that are designed for a man to do, and yet demand the same pay.

This is simply just going to make things even worse as to how American women are. Feminism is growing stronger and stronger in this country. Women are constantly fighting for "equality" in America...but in my eyes, there isn't equality and it hasn't been for many years. Women clearly have the advantage over men in America. If anything, men should be fighting for "equality" in America. As of now, we can now say that we don't have "women" in America anymore. They are truly just glorified men with breasts.

For most companies, ppl are hired into tiers. Thus, if a senior engineer III is paid $90K to $115K, then that so-called syndrome would mean that every female senior engineer level III is earning $89K-$90K and all the guys are at $115K-$116K. That's basically, an infeasible statistical situation, as workers will fall inside the payscale zone.

What happens instead is that women take a mix of maternity leave, time off, etc, and then, never move up into senior roles but then find themselves surprised when a guy's earning $110K, when she's only a junior engineer II and earning $65K. In other words, she never tried to gain a promotion into a higher tier. Usually, if a hard working person is denied an *experience tier level* promotion twice, then it's time to leave the firm. Likewise, if a company has a bunch of secretaries, why wouldn't it be surprising that the avg woman in the company is paid less than the avg guy, since guys tend to leave those admin jobs rather quickly for something better paying.

Mel works in an engineering sales position and her salary (& bonus package) are clearly in the senior engineering/top tier roles. And why's that? She works on closing deals and then, up selling upgrades, new solutions, and so forth. In other words, she's proactive in the business and gets paid for it.

Apparently, men all across this country feel guilty and obligated to capitulate to females at every turn to exacerbate this issue. Sorry, but I don't think it is sexism to believe your average female probably won't do so well in coal mines and on oil rigs in comparison to your average male. Thus, she should not automatically get the same rate of pay for such jobs if it comes down to it.

Either way, society already belongs to these deluded females. They won that war a while ago and outside of a few groups in congress who take joy in antagonizing them the feminists have been doing victory laps. Just wait until they finally get Hilary in office and that is when I expect the feminist agenda to reach new heights.

I'd argue women make more money when you factor in child support, welfare, WIC, section 8 housing, and a host of other government funded programs that support the american whore.

Let's do some math:

Average american man pays 50% in taxes that support government spending.

Women pay 50% in taxes too.

But single and married men fund many programs that take care of bastard kids of single mothers.

That decreases the Female tax percentage down to say 40% while the male percentage is increased because that 10% funding is helping to raise another man's offspring.

We have an epidemic where millions of american men are being ruined financially to support the american whore.

Single motherhood is no longer shamed while men are seen as creeps and fools.

Obama is going to lead the charge to fully destroy the US dollar and bring a war like no other in this country.
