Don't even go there. The feminist lobbists would shut it down so fast that it wouldn't be funny.zacb wrote:Imagine this being on the air today.
It would be nice if these shows came back on:
(1) THE MORTON DOWNEY JR SHOW
(2) THE RICHARD BEY SHOW
(3) NY HOT TRACKS
(4) BET VIDEO SOUL
(5) WWF WRESTLING
(6) WNYC VIDEO MUSIC BOX (with host VJ Ralph McDaniels)
(7) BENNY HILL
(8) A CLOCKWORK ORANGE (the reality show version LoL)
I grew up watching that s.hit back in the day.

Ah...the always obnoxious, Morton Downey Jr...memories of my youth as a youngster in NYC. ...
Back when WWORTV (Channel 9 in NYC)--was worth watching. (Whenever his show and the Mets of the 80s were on...)
If it weren't for his cheap attack on Ron Paul (when he had him on his show) or his racism (against Blacks and Asians), I would've considered Morton a hero, but in reality, he was a bit of a scumbag and a dirtbag (from what I've read about him and his life).
Definitely a trip down memory lane, though.
