How is Costa Rica for visiting my first country

I will most likely be travelling alone and have up to 900 dollars of spending money. I will be there for like 4-5 days. I am also black lol. I also want to see both oceans and avoid getting sick. I would like women and booze too.

I got a FB friend who lives there (with the occasional visa run).

Things you need to know:

It rains a lot.
There's a lot of wildlife.
There's not a lot to do unless you like cocaine.

Guess its fine for a quick vacation, but I couldn't imagine living there long time.
