I see many of you talk about Thailand, Phillipines and other Asian countries. However, it seems some are better for older guys while others are better for younger guys. Could you guys tell me which one's are the best for younger guys to visit?

It depends what you are looking for really. Women? Culture? History? What interests you and what are you hoping to get out of visiting a different country in Asia?
