Well MZ, if Tsar can get a girl from a Philippine village he might as well get one from a Ukrainian village and he'd be closer to Europe. With his $1000 month passive income, he could rent a room in a Ukrainian village for $50 month. The $950 month he has left he'd have Ukraine girls eating out of his hand.

I do not recommend Eastern Ukraine right now as that could be very dangerous. I'd recommend central or western Ukraine. Any place near Ivano-Frankivsk, Uzhorod or Lviv (which to date has had only limited bombing.)

Moldova too could be an option there as girls are very poor there and so far unaffected by the war.
