I clicked on something and saw an ugly Barbie doll with a masculine neck and much larger breasts. Nothing like a real woman, certainly not an attractive one. IMO, it would have to feel kind of sad and lame to go with sex dolls or robots... or at least to admit it. But why would anyone want one that looks so fake and weird? They don't look like real women, not the one I saw.
Alien robot? I don't get that fantasy. Star Trek would occasionally have some pretty aliens with bumps on their heads or noses, but those were really women wearing make-up, not aliens. If there were female aliens, maybe they wouldn't have a hole down there, or if they do, it could have teeth. Or they just release eggs onto the ground and rub the males belly to get him to fertilize them.
But there are plenty of real alien women coming across the southern border every day.... illegal aliens, and if you marry one, maybe she could get citizenship. Don't just sleep with her or she might have an anchor baby.
