Thanks for the clarification, Rock. Japanese women seem to have those type of bodies. Not just the ones in porn, but my friend that has lived in Japan (black guy) for 16 years has shown me pictures and videos of the average women in Japan and they are flawless.

I am about 5'10 and women say I look like 2Pac, a basketball player or a rapper, so I am thinking my looks alone will draw attention and then the way I dress will make me stand out. I wear nothing but midnight blue clothes.

1. I read the weather part on Wikipedia. Something to do with it altitude. Maybe I am mistaken. I don't care about the weather. I want 4 seasons again. I haven't seen snow in 5 years.

2. Looking for hotels were a bitch. I did find a great hostel that is in my price range. This city is ranked 6th in population and the cost of living is still high. I will figure things out once I visit and see how it goes with her.

3. Too small? You mean in height? Norway wasn't a place I wanted to go, to be honest. This girl viewed my profile and I decided to message her. We just hit it off well. We video chat now and I am comfortable with her. I just have to see if your friend is right about black guys in Norway. Norway is still not on my list, but this girl is amazing.

4. I have been doing online experiments for the past year now and I have about 13 European countries I can go to and have no problems. The results are consistent. This is just how I get received. Don't know how it will be with other black guys.

Sorry man, I've been speaking too much Chinese lately. My English is getting corrupted. I meant that the cities - Bergen and Trondheim, r too small in population and therefore, not as easy (according to my friend) for obvious foreigners or even outsiders, esp. black guys. Perhaps people there are more provincial and cliquish? He told me there's a lot of moonshine hillbilly types in those smaller Norwegian cities and outlying towns. Anyway, he thought Oslo, largest city and capital, would be much easier than other Norwegian cities for a black guy to score local women quickly.

One big advantage of Norway, almost everyone u meet under age 50 will likely speak nearly flawless English. And they seem to speak it more American style than the British version. I worked in Oslo for a summer in late 90s and even cleaning ladies in my firm could communicate in English.

My tenant Monkro, an Indian American who is dark complected, went to nearby Sweden (similar culture and mutually intelligible language) twice a few years ago and told me he did quite well and enjoyed full on intimacy with some late teen aged girls who he ranked as 8-9s. And this is a 5'6" guy who got almost zero in the States. He told me the exotic factor worked heavily in his favor.

I don't think Avatar gal is photoshoped cus original is quite big and looks legit. I've seen girls like that in Taiwan and in the States (ABCs or ABKs) before. Not so common but they do exist.

Bergen you would do fine, if your African-American. In the short time I was in town and out on the town, I know this is possible. I was in "American Woman" mode when I was in a disco in the downtown area. I had a shot at one blonde sitting down and the coat check girl who was if you can believe it even better looking brunette.

I did nothing and ended up with nothing, that will not happen again.

Its more difficult than you think to reject everything you have every learned about wooing women in America and how they may react to you.

Are you sure Norway has easy immigration rules - e.g. no old age pension unless you've worked there for 40 years. I know Denmark is very expensive to stay - is Norway too? But I guess you can do things cheaply there. I think it's silly going to meet one girl - get to know other girls now and meet up with many girls in winter!

Norway is VERY expensive....alcohol is prohibitively expensive and food in restaurants is off the charts.

The BIG MAC INDEX? When I was there in 2001 the first time I went in and bought a big mac and was asked to pay? I think it was about EUR7 for a big max meal...I told the girl there must be some mistake....but when I checked the board it was correct.

I was sure glad I was not drinking when I was in norway. When Norwegians or Swedes go on holiday they very often get very drunk a lot of the time to make up for the lack of alcohol back home. Even swedes have told me they hate drunk swedes on holiday giving swedes a bad name.

I was in Bergen for three months. It is one of the most beautiful small cities in the world...a slice of paradise. But man does it rain there. They have dispensers for umbrella like other places have coke machines. It just rains ALL the time!!!

And Oslo can be very cold...it was minus 10 to minus 16 when I was there. Bergen is far more mild.

The roads are VERY treacherous especially when you come out of tunnels in the mountains....I nearly drove clean off an 800 foot cliff....only about 3 or 4 feet from going over the edge. If my wife was driving we would have been dead....for sure.

I was on the westcoast of Norway for 15 days, i think it rained about 13 days. Heavy rain.
And about those roads, yeah holy shit man, same with me. Almost drove of a few hundred metre high cliff cause didn't see the corner, could only steer away at the very last moment when i saw it.

For those who do not know....In Norway when they got oil money they decided that ALL villages should be reachable by road. They built like a gazillion tunnels. These tunnels are freaking amazing...real engineering feats. But all the locals know that when you come out of a tunnel you generally come to a T intersection and directly forwards is over a cliff. So THEY all know to slow down and stop at the end of a tunnel to see what is going on.

Me? I foolishly thought that if there were a T intersection there would...you know.... A SIGN!!!

So I come out of this 3 kms tunnel from the darkness into the light and realise I am 800 feet above see level and there is NO ROAD IN FRONT OF ME!!! I JUST managed to swing left...and I was in a right hand side drive car from Ireland....and I got a REAL GOOD VIEW of the 800 feet drop into the Fjord.

I was driving from Trondheim to Bergen via Steen and there were 27 such tunnels along the way with 3 or 4 coming to a T at the end of the tunnel.

The other thing that I found was that the roads are so narrow that I was very nervous driving on them....and I was on the wrong side of the car too....and all the norwegians would toot their horns at me for driving at the speed limit.

And the other BIG JOKE we had was this...

RIMI is the biggest retailer in Norway...and there are RIMI trucks delivering stuff all over the place...the guys who drive these trucks are INSANE and AGGRESSIVE AS HELL. Many times, in the face of an oncoming RIMI truck I would pull to the side of the road against the rock wall stationary to let him by.......I used to check for the rear view mirror each time...the locals would beep the hell out of me for doing that but these guys would barrel down these really narrow roads with an 80 kmh speed limit at 120 or 130 and they were VERY dangerous....

I have driven cars all over the world...and the WORST place I have ever driven a car for heart rate is Norway......the roads are etched into the side of the fjords....so you have mountain on one side and a fall into the fjord on the other....very intimidating for driving....

I was in Bergen from about early may to end June in 01.....
May 17th is their big party day for independence from sweden.

We got a nice two weeks about may 17th.....and then this rain started.....when I asked when the raid was due to end they laughed at me...told me they had their summer and now it was rainy season! LOL!!!

But Bergen is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been...I loved it there. I want to live there for a year or two some time.

"Since talking to European women full-time since 2011 and I've been to Europe multiple times, I do not deal with American women. I do talk to American women but it's a couple. I don't feel lonely in the US because I Skype with European girls all of the time. I make money in the US, that's it. My sex life is the best it's ever been. Fenix! I have to say that Norway is simply an amazing place to visit. I'm sure that pull enjoy there a lot and you'll love the place, but I would suggest you to go there in the summers, but in winter it is impossible to live there for foreigners. I have been to the place in the summers and I loved my tour. I think that you should also visit the Viking Ship Museum, Akershus Fortress, Fram Museum these all are the most attractive places in Norway.
