Winston, do not start a campaign attacking her. If one of her Facebook friends discovers it and it gets back to her people, u will have to watch your back around there. Angeles is a small place and yr. high profile, both online and as an expat in Angeles. She's guilty of participating in an attempted robbery/scam just like thousands of other local girls are. But an online campaign will do nothing other than possibly create new enemies for yourself. Just let sleeping dogs lie.
I guess you're right. However, I don't seem to be high profile in Angeles anymore. Nearly everyone I knew here has left and no one recognizes me on the street anymore. Faces change fast here. People don't stay here for long, understandably.
Plus, an online page about her wouldn't hurt her anyway because she has no professional reputation to protect, and probably no job prospects anyway.
However, my friend Stefan used to put up a lot of webpages attacking a lot of Filipinos who scammed him in some way, but nothing ever happened to him.
Btw, regarding the attempted pickpocketing of the dirty beggar kids, I'm not sure if that was staged or not. Why would they do that? Using kids to pickpocket is not effective. Why didn't they use big guys instead? Maybe that wasn't part of their setup?
Next time dirty beggar kids start following or touching you, is it a good idea to kick them? Don't you have the right once they start grabbing you?
Rock recently lost his Amazon Kindle, he said. Not sure how though. I wonder why he doesn't try to push beggar kids away or hit them. When they chased us before, he didn't do anything or get aggressive with them like most guys would.
Also, what ticks me off as well was that yesterday afternoon, if my new expat friend hadn't kept talking so much and let me finish my project, then I wouldn't have been delayed and then I would have taken another jeepney and never met that ambush girl. So it's like one unnecessary delay causes several negative events, none of which would have happened if the delay hadn't happened in the first place. Stuff like that really irks me. Don't you hate it when that happens? When one delay causes a string of bad things which would never have happened if the delay hadn't happened? This kind of scenario causes me to be anal retentive about not letting interruptions interfere with the flow of things that I plan.
Some guys just can't stop talking or be concise. They just have to keep blabbering on and aren't aware of time or that I'm trying to work on something on my laptop. And I'm too nice to be firm and say "Ok I have to do something now. Talk to you later." And they can't seem to stop talking either. So many guys are like that. I hate it, especially when it causes everything else I planned to do that day to be behind schedule, so that what I was going to do at 4 or 5pm starts at 7pm instead, and everything afterward is late by two hours and so forth. I really really really HATE THAT!!! It totally screws up the order of things and causes my blood to boil. How are other people not as bothered by that kind of thing?
