Here's the thing, Winston.

There's even been famous tv drama shows about ugly, nerdy, undesirable guys getting beautiful women.

I'll bet a huge sum of money that you can't even name 2.

There's 2 very good examples that i think you should watch.

But i'm not gonna reveal them to you yet.

You JUST don't deserve them yet.

You've gotta do a little work, and if you start to progress, maybe you'll get some tips.

The girls don't always fully get what he's saying because of his less than perfect Mandarin but then I come in and make conversation with the girl and explain what Winston's trying to say and then the girl starts warming up to us. For instance the other day on the street, he randomly approached this cute girl with a luggage bag on the street in the Guomao area in Shenzhen (busy downtown part of Shenzhen). It was the most random thing but she was quite responsive to us and then asked us if she could borrow a mobile phone because hers was out of battery. So I lent her mine and then she told us that we should have a drink together, we then sat together at the nearby KFC and talked. Before long we then invited her to have dinner with us together at a nearby Italian restaurant and she readily agreed. We got her wechat contact and over the last few days I've been having talking a lot to her and just like that she becomes another decent dating prospect. Credit where credit is due, Winston is actually a pretty good wing-man in a place like China despite the language handicap!

Actually I can get most things across. If I can't say something in Chinese I just use my English chinese dictionary app on my smart phone. When Ethan is around I just ask him instead of using my dictionary because it's faster.

Ethan gets a kick out of seeing me cold approach because very few guys can do it. He finds it entertaining to watch me ask innocent questions and then transition to "by the way you're beautiful. I'm from America and I want to make friends with you." before they leave after giving me directions. Lol

As to that girl we met on the escalator in the mall, yeah she is a real gem and keeper. She has this wholesome personality and goody two shoes vibe, like a girl from "little house on the prairie".

But I've been building a little rapport with her too. So maybe me and Ethan will end up fighting over her. Hahaha. Lol.

Just kidding. I'm in dongguan now and last night me and zboy got 5 or 6 numbers and wechats. A new record. The girls seem more relaxed here.

I just went out today with the one we met at McDonald's last night. I can sense that she likes me and has some interest. She told me that she finds my personality very charming even though my face isn't that handsome. So I definitely do have personality working in my favor.

Also she finds me refreshing because everyone else in her family and life are very rigid and narrow minded and can't understand her need for freedom and to be happy and follow her heart. So she finds my broad open mindedness and easygoing nature and deep insight to be refreshing and different from the norm in China.

So you see, there are women who appreciate my qualities.

That's great Winston I really admire that about you, you're a cold-approach machine, it can be seen in your videos. I still struggle feeling i'm breaking some law if they don't make eye contact first or if there is no significant enough of a subject to start off the conversation. I just don't feel like shoulder-tapping moving targets.

Update: I finally scored!!!

I'm in zhuhai now. It's a nice relaxing city with trees and waterfront. Lots of scenery and walkways by the seaside, including a big Island. A great place to rent a bike to cycle around the waterfront and island too.

Anyway the good news is that I found a girlfriend in dongguan. She's a freethinker and open minded girl who is only 26. She appreciates me and my website and articles and viewpoints. So we connect at a deeper level. She's an artist too and likes guys who think for themselves. She finds me charming too.

She came with me to zhuhai for a while and we got intimate in a room. She was very passionate. so my dry spell is finally over. Wow. I can't believe it!

The funny thing is that when I met her with zboy at McDonald's we were asking her why i wasn't scoring in China. She said that I have to be patient. Lol. Her English is impressive and she has a vocabulary of 10,000 words and a sweet disposition too.

I'm here in Zhuhai because it's next to Macau. Im flying back to Taiwan for a while and the flights are cheaper from Macau than from Hong Kong. I need to change my luggage and clothes and get medicine from my doctor there in Taiwan. And also visit my parents as well. Then I'm going to visit my son in Philippines after that, before I come back to China, since I missed his kindergarten graduation ceremony.

Also zhuhai is more peaceful and relaxing so I preferred to come here than do the Shenzhen and hong kong route again. Plus it's nice to chill by the waterside. I'm not a big city guy like rock and ethan_sg are and do not thrive in them the way they do. They feed off the hustle and bustle of big cities whereas I feed off peace and quiet and beautiful scenery. Lol

Congratulations Winston! That's good to hear. There's nothing like breaking a dry spell though you might have to be careful and not overdo it in the beginning.

You're in Zhuhai? Hmmm if you're not with your girlfriend and you cross over to Macau for some fun, let me know what you're interested in and I can point you in the right direction. There are free buses that go from Zhuhai to several Macau hotels, e.g. Wynn, Venetian. And most of the large Macau hotels have free shuttle buses to Macau Airport. Ask around and someone should be able to tell you where the hotel buses to Macau are located in Zhuhai.

You should definitely pick up Macau's famous egg tarts, which are like 10 for $11 USD at Margaret's Café or at Lord Stowe. Delicious but fattening (I can never resist)!!! The skyline in Macau (especially the areas near the Venetian) looks very similar in size and scope with Vegas, though they don't have a strip like Las Vegas Avenue. But the size of the hotels are just as big and it's very grand and luxurious inside the hotels. You can easily spend a day just walking and exploring the many hotels around the Venetian.

There's also the Macau Tower, which is in the old part of Macau, and you can bungee jump from the top if you'd like. The best hotels in the old part of Macau are Grand Lisboa, MGM Grand, StarWorld, Wynn, Mandarin. The best ones in the newer part of Macau (Cotai Strip) are Venetian, Galaxy, Hyatt Regency, Crown. They are still building new hotels there though things have slowed down due to the economy. Check out the female greeters in the lobby of StarWorld. They're all Amazons, beautiful women who are a minimum of 6 feet tall in heels. And then there are the infamous Macau massage parlors. If you need any more info, let me know.

I had a, er, weird time with a girl in Zhuhai. Funnily enough, she was also from Dongguan. Well it's possible we might have dated the same lady .

Shame you're leaving just as things are getting interesting. Why can't you stay in the same place?

It would be nice to go back to China, but by all accounts it's getting too much of a struggle for foreigners to deal with the bureaucracy.
