Chance of getting visa

Hi,

I'm working on SAP ABAP and was having 6 years of experience.I'm planning to work abroad by applying for Visa by Own or Through any Immigration agency for Australia/Germany... Please clarify the below..


1)Please clarify whether the chance of getting a Visa for Australia is more or for Germany is more..?

2)Can anyone suggest a good Immigration agency in Banglore..
