That's very useful information. Carbs, especially from grains, add to weight gain and inflammation, which is why I believe in minimizing carbs.GerardButler wrote: ↑April 2nd, 2023, 3:55 amMost likely acquired stomach-infecting bacteria similar to H. pylori. Many individuals carrying the bacteria will exhibit no symptoms. If you don’t have any bipolar symptoms, I could say it is just the above… maybe E coli etc. In the Republic of Georgia and the majority of European countries, a comprehensive system review costs approximately $300. After experiencing abdominal distress in Ukraine (the country is polluted), I purchased a whole system check and an endoscope for an additional $100. Six physicians worked on my case. You are designated an English-speaking "manager" who works for the specialist and connects you with him or her. All exams are administered on the same day because everything is located in the same building. Each test takes between 20 and 45 minutes and produces immediate results. Everything took roughly six hours, including pauses for refreshments. Blood results were returned within a few hours. The endoscope results were obtained after approximately three days of additional research under supervision. As one of the world's leading pathologists, I am more knowledgeable than they are about maladies and the human body, so was able to offer insights that they never heard before. The specialists then reconvene to discuss your case and provide you with a conclusive diagnosis and recommendation based on a holistic perspective.gsjackson wrote: ↑April 1st, 2023, 6:37 amI spent the summer of 2019 in Poland and Glasgow. Towards the end of that period I started to get a slight pain in the left abdomen and a bit of constipation, which could be just about anything. Attempting some self diagnosis along the lines of what was different, I realized that I had not had any onions, which were a staple of my diet, all summer. So I got some onions and in two days the pain was gone.MarcosZeitola wrote: ↑April 1st, 2023, 6:24 amHence me eating raw herring with raw onions about twice a week for the last few years. Very healthy.
Cornfed, how did you get the rights to market these books?
Turns out I did not have H. pylori, but lacked certain gut flora for fats that were causing inflammation. Took some probiotics to counter all the pollutions I had encountered in third world countries. If your gut bacteria aren’t triggering your body to store too much fat, the fat just goes through you and it’s much better than the high carbs that your body tends to convert to cholesterol for storage… additionally, carbs tend to feed bacteria that then produce their own cholesterol and that tends to be the initiator for damage causing inflammation in cardiovascular diseases.

Carbs are definitely harmful for health and overall self-development in getting a great body. People who want a six pack and a great body must minimize carbs from grains, processed sugars, snacks, empty calories, and consume alcohol infrequently.
