New here, a grizzled veteran of Western Women

Post by asgard636 »

New to the forum, happy to be able to learn from the salty veterans on here.

Age 60, long divorced, looking for a good Asian woman to be my lifetime partner....

Thanks!

Welcome, CHris.

I'm 57, left US for Mexico 20 months ago, will now be pushing on to the Philippines.

Welcome to HA. If I may ask, do you plan on staying in Florida or do you see yourself retiring overseas? Is there specific info that you are seeking?

I guess the next logical question would be...how is your SSN benefits looking like at 62.5 years?

Google "Retirecheapasia.com" and pull up some of JT's videos. The neat thing that JT does (he's retired and living in Chiang Mai Thailand) is go around and look at apartments, houses etc and he shows you what can be accomplished on a shoestring budget. So retiring in Asia may not be as expensive as you think and often times can be done on your SSN benefits alone. You can do Philippines on a similar budget.

Once you make the move and set up shop, the women will find you....normally.
