New Zealand has opportunities. You can try to do a working holiday and possibly get employed at the job or search locally in the country to try to work in the country. I am not sure how New Zealand is compared to other English speaking countries. Australia is okay if you want to have a decent Aussie girlfriend since you are non-white. However, usually English countries have the worst girls.
I think you might want to try to learn a foreign language or possibly get a good job in Washington State, and make trips to different parts of the world to be with a decent girl.
Your best bet is to try to also get some experience in your field and try to immigrate to a New Zealand or use the Working Holiday program that is popular among 18-30 year olds.

That's a good idea, there's nothing like the expat lifestyle. What you experience at home is nothing compared to what u get on the outside. Working home is like 2star & working abroad is like 5star lol
Belize is very nice, it's bilingual English & Spanish, tropical, warm climate & culture & beautiful people.
