I was just wondering if foreigners can open forex, futures and stock market accounts for online trading in the Philippines? If so, which brokerages and software do you recommend? Thanks.

Great question. I hope you get an answer from someone who knows - I don't.

But I would just also consider Singapore and Hong Kong as possibilities to look into as well. One drawback, though, is that you do have to go there to set things up.
