PTO coming up. Which country to visit in 2019?

I have about a couple of weeks of time off from work coming up. Now, just need to decide where on Earth to visit. I have already been to every major city in Poland in 2017. If I go back to Europe, I might try Finland or Serbia this time. I haven't tried anywhere in SEA or SA yet.

I'm open to suggestions. Which countries in 2019 tend to be the most fun for men to visit?
