Hi. As of lately, I have had stronger thoughts of moving to another country. However, I have autism which really heavily restricts my ability to work and/or hold a permanent job. Now these countries most spoken of (Philippines, Thailand, Asian countries, etc), I am sure they don't have independent living programs and Social Security/Pension type of things for people with disabilities, or do they?
