Getting Laid In Europe Without Hiring A Hooker?

Just wondering which countries have women that are down for a casual screw with a "former" American? I don't necessarily want it to be limited to casual screwing around & I'm going to Europe to look for a new life, but I was wondering about casual f***ing-around. I'm hoping this is in a place where, IF the chick winds up pregnant somehow, I'm not likely to be totally screwed due to their culture (America is an example). I'd be wrapping it up, most likely, but are there any places where disease are common? Heard there was a spike of HIV in Portugal a while back from injection drug use.
