Best country for friendly people?

I know google answers this topic, but I thought I would ask you guys. As far as friendly people go, I would like to know who has the most friendly women AND men. I'd like to meet sweet & caring women but at the same time being in a more friendly culture for intellectual men.

Indonesians are friendly. As in most countries, it seems, the majority of men aren't intellectuals.

LOL yeah...which is why I am not really digging the idea of living in Thailand.
