Back to Basics - What Do You Talk About with Girls?

I'm not even talking about anglosphere girls.

I'm talking about the foreign girls. What do you even talk about with them? Sometimes I read this forum, and everyone paints them with such rose-colored glasses, but I find that I just can't relate to most women irrespective of where they are from.

I meet some good ones occasionally while travelling and things seem to magically click. In general though, how do you "connect" with women...or is it supposed to just happen? Do you just eject if you're trying to interact with one woman for a while, and then you realize that the interaction is going stale?

I always just look at it as a numbers game. Although I hate using the word game, so don't misconstrue the meaning.
