Combining women, holiday and business in 2/3week PHP trip?

Met and a good friend are going over to philippines on the 7th

We obviously would like to meet as many attractive young women as possible, and contemplating how to go about meeting them, while having a big of possible sight seeing time, and exploring business locations or future living locations like Davao etc and maybe outskirts of big cities like Cebu or manila

Should we organize dates in advance with the online girls? Just wing it, what would other members with more experience suggest?
