A legit online job working at home. Is it a myth?

Ok. I already got a talking translator on my smart phone. Next step is to get a passport, which I'm in the process of getting next. But there is a problem. I assume I'm going to need a 2nd job in order to pull this off. Anyone know a good site where I can work online at home without a college degree and make pretty good money? Lol! I found this one, but I'm not sure how good it is.
