What city is best for Tsar to get treatment?

Can anyone give be feedback on which hospital in Mexico I should lean more towards?

This is probably the biggest decision of my life because if I life that long, my life (how much longer I have and how much health I can regain) will probably be determined by my choice...and with my money and poverty...

I only have one chance...I can't afford two shots at two different hospitals in Mexico...the most I can do is one shot at a hospital while self-medicating...

If I lose my one shot at getting cured in Mexico, (assuming I live that long), then it would be at least a year until I could afford to get to Sicily and hopefully get treatment in Italy/EU...unless I can afford Bulgaria where I contracted whatever parasite(s) I have...but considering they have moved outside the GI Tract...I am likely dead or will need several years worth of endless anti-parasitic meds...but at least I could likely buy them in Mexico and the EU for cheap...especially generics...I bought brand name Viagra in Bulgaria thinking I would have fun times this summer...

Maybe I can have fun times with a girl...or just go on a date...but I will be mainly in Mexico for medical treatment...when I originally wanted to go for fun, girls, and warm weather...

Biggest Murphy's Law yet...I lost my strength, my health, my mind is foggy, my energy is gone...I can't concentrate on much of anything...including watching anything...30 minutes or 1 hour on a good day for television...I forget a lot...

What city do you think is more of a fit for me?

Tijuana, Monterrey, Mexico City, or Guadalajara?

I have a list of hospitals in all those places and need real help deciding which one will be best for me.

As to where you fit in, only you can decide that. Try out all of them and see. Use your intuition and your heart, your heart is more aligned with your soul and so is more accurate than your mind is. That's why when there's a heat vs mind conflict, the heart usually always wins eventually.

My intuition is telling me Hospital San José Tecnologico de Monterrey. I hope make the correct choice if I choose that one...but that was my first instinct...
