Assistant Project Manager, Business Intelligence
Team: Business Intelligence

The business intelligence team is looking for an assistant project manager to manage our day-to-day task pipeline, provide epic service to our stakeholders, and help ensure the integrity of our data and reporting infrastructure. This individual will interact with all facets of the organization as well as within BI, across many disciplines, and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the BI team. Needless to say the ability to understand and process different needs, perspectives, and communication styles is a must.

Class Role
Process new requests. Identify relevant requirements, timelines, and resources required to complete the task.
Understand different stakeholder perspectives and needs from development, to support, to marketing.
Follows through. Open, unresolved tasks pain you like an open, festering wound. You track everything to completion.
Maintain and monitor the integrity of data in our reports. The numbers always add up.
Ensure the timely delivery of our reports. On your watch, the trains always run on time.
Jack-of-all trades. Assist with team events, organizing meetings, opening ACLs – keeping the team productive and happy.

Level Requirements
Strong organizational skills. Everyone shows up to your raid on time
Excellent communicator. No one dies in the fire because you’ve told them exactly where to stand
Obsessive attention to detail. Someone missing a gem or enchant? Oh hell no
Knowledge of production methodologies such as Scrum / Agile
Understanding of data analysis and its various applications
Passionate gamer and in-depth knowledge of Blizzard games, products, and services

Recommended Talents
Knowledge of business intelligence data systems and how they interact with each other
Expertise with project management tools
Understanding of statistical concepts
Preferably has an Arena rating of 2200 or above to help carry some of the baddies on the team
