He produces word salads of quasi-academic posturing, then declares them to be "arguments" that have carried the day against all comers, which is a little annoying. But a troll? Bannable? No.

Ha ha, corrected. Maybe a Freudian Slip. But he does seem to have the effect of derailing threads and is therefore a functional troll.
