Dairy poducts derived from Milk, like cheeze, butter, yogurt, buttermilk, ice cream, chocolate etc carry female hormones. cows are given estrogen to lactate more, so they can produce lots of milk. It's the milk! You can even find milk in salad dressing, it's in almost everything; cake, pastries, breads, sauces, pancake mix, sncaks, etc. Meat is also pumped with estrogen to make it softer. I hate doctors, how can they say this is normal, wtf. I don't want to see a world of men with breasts!

To get away from it you need to stick to pure fuits, vegetables, seeds, beans, grains, roots, nuts, peanuts, herbs, spices, fish. Actually it is very hard to get away from these hormones as it does end up in our water supply
