But a man needs to hold off until she gets some fulfillment and satisfaction. Sometimes it's hard to finish when she's at a good stopping place and then she decides she's not done yet.

If you don't let your self go to sleep and keep helping her out for a while, you probably get similar benefits of a good night's sleep.
