Excellent for posture, counteracts muscle loss typical of aging, and makes a man look primally masculine. Even many women are into it today.

2. Crossfit
Includes exercise routines that engage various components of fitness and can leave you dripping with sweat in just 15 minutes.

3. Kickboxing
Combines padwork, technique and sparring with intense circuit training. Far more fun than regular gym. Doesn't even feel like exercise.

4. Wrestling/Brazilian Jiujitsu
Winston thinks that Wrestling and Jiujitsu are "barbaric" (lol!

5. Zumba
Intense dance routine. Winston could even meet some hot chicks!
