At the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, I simply could not resist ordering Taiwanese pork rice despite the dozens of other choices. All the nostalgia ... 台灣肉早飯 is the best!

Yes, Taiwanese pork rice with a big pork chop is the best!

台灣肉燥飯

If you're using pinyin input it's zào or zao4.

In southern Taiwan they have a variation written as 肉臊飯. Kind of like 滷肉飯 vs 魯肉飯.

Yes, 早 is early, with a different tone.

I was using Google Pinyin, and typed that quickly without checking. It looked wrong to me, but I thought meh, whatever..

Taiwan Rouzaofan (台灣肉燥飯) = rice + ground pork, not rice + big pork chops.
