How do you get rid of a pot belly that won't go away?!

If you haven't considered it, take a probiotic with every meal too. They are cheap and available over the counter almost anywhere supplements are sold.

With all the crap that's in "food" anymore our gut flora gets out of balance and the candida takes over, overwhelms and flourishes... which is what craves sugars/carbs. Probiotics will help to reverse the imbalance with good microbes that keep the candida in check.

I do take a probiotic. They come in chewable tablets now. I sometimes just eat yogurt too. I take a lot of health supplements too, like OPC and Nature's Way multi-vitamins.

What is visceral fat? How do you know how much visceral fat you have?

Is visceral fat what causes the pot belly? Or is it caused by the fat in the outer skin layer around the belly?

I don't help out my enemies, in ANY way. Everything I do is to their detriment. If one can live a life without them all the better, as I'll be at my natural weight of 150 lbs. soon enough, I don't need my enemies to help with that. :)

Neither of those are beneficial to humans. If that's all, then replace it with fruit, vegetables and water. You can go back to your unhealthy diet once the REAL fat comes off - fat that doesn't come back when you have a terrible diet.

Haven't your sorted out the difference between Israeli (citizens of Israel) and Zionists (the tiny minority of deranged fascists who have hijacked Israeli politics and relationships with their middle eastern neighbours and the West), yet?

Israeli are some of the nicest people you can possibly meet. They're warm, friendly, open minded and smart. The girls probably more than the men. And I am biased because I had a fling with a wonderful Isreali-Italian woman a few years ago...but still...

I hate Zionists, I hate the political and social agents who are responsible of exposing Israel to the hatred of the Muslim Umma (community) and perpetrating crimes far worse than those they have iconised with their WW2 narrative.

There's really no difference between westerners, zionists, satanists, africans, cambodians or japanese. I will have to mull over it. I've went through many medical procedures before(some of out desperation, others out of necessity), and TBH I regret all of them. One must be careful of any attempts to artificially modify their bodies regardless of the reason, as we're made of more than just flesh - we're also made of water, sound frequencies and various separate organisms.

I have no idea what "visceral fat" is. In fact, this is the 1st time I've heard of the term. All I know is that I'm a slim, relatively fit guy because I try to eat right, and get some exercise now and then (I walk a lot). And you should too. There is no substitute to actually DOING weight loss the right way.

It's good to hear that you are finally taking some of the advice offered here, but I would still like to hear what exactly you're eating, and how much. How many meals are you eating daily? What kind of snacks are you eating?

Winston, studies have shown that exercise is the fastest and most effective way to lose weight. Eating healthy is good too but exercising is just as important. You don't have to run or jog, walking every day is very good, working out at a health club is even better. Lifting weights also helps you lose fat and gain muscle.

You can do it Winston, you could have the body of Brue Lee someday if you started exercising and eating right! :D

You are being a bit too dense here. There is a big difference between a (pro)active agent who does things that range from deeply unethical to plain evil, and/or perpetuates TPTB's stranglehold on mankind, and the average Joe who is only concerned with working hard and providing for the people he loves and has chosen to care for.

Yes, in a way turning one's back to the evil does equate to being a silent accomplice of that evil. M L King said "In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends".

In practice though, there are so many aspects that stop a good man from going full body & face against the status quo, from psychological to practical. Normalcy bias is one: people have a desperate need to believe that "everything is OK" and "everything will be OK (in the end)" to continue to function in society. This is the reason why it's so hard to get people to embrace conspiracy theories, even when they have the strongest factual evidence and carry an extreme sense of urgency. More importantly, adults tend to reason pragmatically, not by ideals and utopias, and end up focussing on what matters the most to achieve their relatively small, life-sized goals: progress with their careers, pay their mortgages and save for their kids' college. Young people have the energies, the guts and the time to commit to idealistic causes. Eventually, most of them get suckered into the cogs of the system and, quietly and implicitly, sign this contract with the Devil, whereby their silence on the real state of the world is afforded in exchange for a quiet spot, or a chance thereof, into the very system they should be vocally fighting against.

Sorry to sound harsh, but you get your anti-conformist, and anti-status powers quo by being (or having chosen to be) more disconnected from society that Joe Average. If you get into this mindset even for a minute, you will realise that looking at your neighbour, an Israeli citizen and even a Rothschildt as an enemy isn't just wrong, but impossible. Harbouring hatred will only make you stand still, paralysed and powerless. I don't know what you went through in the past, hopefully nothing too serious. All I can say in praise of BT is that it is a minimally invasive procedure, totally painless (pre, during and post). In fact, as I could see, most of the hard work will be done by the surgeon who need to have a good muscle to scrape inside your tummy with a probe.

Visceral fat is the fat inside your stomach around your organs. You can't see it. That's why I was asking about it.

What do you eat?

I eat different things everyday. How can I tell you what I eat? Sometimes salad, pasta, sandwiches from Subway, Chinese food, Thai food, macaroni and cheese, bean burritos, fruit, etc. I eat one meal but sometimes two, and a few snacks. Some ice cream or yogurt bars. Everyday is different.

Not really. That's a myth. Did you see the BBC program about exercise? I posted it here before.

They showed that you would have to run for three hours just to burn off the calories from one little muffin. That's not efficient burning of calories at all.

Your body burns more calories just by being awake. You automatically burn calories everyday just by being alive.

Exercise is good for being in shape and keeping healthy. Not for burning calories.

But how come I swim 15 minutes and lose a quarter of a pound? (observed after several sessions).
Also, for some reason, I keep losing weight for 2-3 days after I stop.

If I understand well, burning has to be localized. That's why I don't do or recommend running (as compared to swimming); I think It just makes your legs stronger, but the gut remains.
