I'm not sure what these are called. I would have thought "kettlebell manmakers" but people seem to have a different definition. Anyway, a few sets of these plus some chin-ups would arguably be a good daily workout for most people.

This is actually a really good whole body exercise. The way to do it is in one fluid movement, both down and up. In case I invented it, I hereby christen it the "Kettlebell seesaw". People should try it.
