Oh that is nice. I like meditations too. Especially now when I have week off from lifting ( read here what I mean https://betterme.world/articles/taking- ... m-lifting/ ). I noticed that I have to do it quiet more often. Like to give my body to relax because because after intensive liftings u can notice that your body just not in a good condition and resting a week can have an excellent impact on ur body. So yea midetations is good thing to do.
