I saw this, it's one of the best videos on health you'll watch. I want to buy his book/s, and I've never bought any health books, because they're always pseudo-science garbage. Not this.
In the past humans were driven by testosterone, the elite have flipped this, making us estrogen driven. Estrogen makes us fat, stupid, and pussies.
And we wonder how the feminist movement, which aims to turn women into men and men into women has been so successful.
