Should I get a Nose Job and dermabrasion to maybe make myself look a little better?

My skin clarity is top notch. It's why I look 10 years younger and I have zero moles. I could however maybe use a mild adjustment to my nose shape which might make me better.

All celebrities are doing plastic surgery. Maybe I should too if I get money that lets me?
