I guess Dolph's workout is OK, but it is not fair that he probably made more millions with his fairly ordinary suggestions whereas the rest of us get nothing. BTW, here is my latest home workout.

That was pretty badass! If you use 80's lighting and get some large-breasted models to fawn over you as extras while working out, I will provide 80s synths soundtrack at least as badass as what Dolph had. (You don't have to credit me.) Also you should show off the muscles with the 80's lighting. I think a fog machine would also be good. (Not sure how much they cost, but you could probably rent one or use some trick like pumping in steam... or using dry ice maybe.)
Otherwise you can stick with the "eet's not fair!" line like the nihilists used in the Big Lebowski about not getting the money, but your workouts are still a rock solid achievement. 8)

I doubt even Dolph made millions of that particular workout tape though. Masters of the Universe where he played He-Man debuted in 1987, so this was probably around the time they filmed it....

Bitchute upload errors on the thumbnails won't let me get past the abdominals, so we'll go up to there for tonight and leave the rest for whenever the uploader's working again:

MAXIMUM POTENTIAL (1986 DOLPH LUNDGREN WORKOUT VHS) - CARDIO PT 2 (JUMPING ROPE)
Dolph guides us through part 2 of our cardio workout with some jumping rope and 80s radio-friendly rock-and-roll this time (not as good as the 80s synths IMO, but that's OK), in 1986 VHS workout tape, "Maximum Potential"

https://www.bitchute.com/video/huipEHSduZLc/

This part here is !@#$in' epic: They use a retro blue-screen overlay while Dolph coaches you how to run in place while he does windsprints on the beach with some serious 80s synths:
MAXIMUM POTENTIAL (1986 DOLPH LUNDGREN WORKOUT VHS) - WINDSPRINTS AND RUNNING IN PLACE!
Dolph does windsprints while advising us how to run in place:
"Go! Pick them up, pick them up! That's it, go!"
He talks about how running windsprints works your whole body, but also gives you some good precautionary advice on how you should wear soft-soled quality running shoes, and avoid hard surfaces if you're windsprinting outside.
The 80s synths are back with a vengeance this time, too.

https://www.bitchute.com/video/kMVXvCq75mxO/

MAXIMUM POTENTIAL (1986 DOLPH LUNDGREN WORKOUT VHS) - BOXING VS HEAVY BAG
Dolph guides us through the last part of the cardio routine with some boxing vs focus mitts and the heavy bag, and even more intense 80's synths, in 1986 VHS workout tape, "Maximum Potential"

https://www.bitchute.com/video/QoJ0zAT0K0OQ/

Actually I'd better leave off here at the Water Break and build up anticipation for the bodysculpting tomorrow:
MAXIMUM POTENTIAL (1986 DOLPH LUNDGREN WORKOUT VHS) - WATER BREAK AND INTRO TO BODY SCULPTING
Dolph gives us around a 45 second break for water and talks about how all healthy societies promoted good health and body physique, in 1986 VHS workout tape, "Maximum Potential"

https://www.bitchute.com/video/c7ad2mpQTCi2/

Here I am doing a workout of mostly partial reps to make the exercises harder. What I was trying to do was start at the bottom, do several reps going a third of the way up, then several two thirds of the way up, then come from the top and go to a third of the way down and two thirds of the way down before doing a few full reps.

I'm bored with home workouts. Someone should open a gym nearby. I think for the time being I'll just concentrate on slowly getting higher reps and presumably that will cause some improvement.

Here are probably the three best upper-body exercises you can do at home. It should take a while before they get too easy for most people.

I think the beard is working for you, Corn. If you're setting the resident poofter, Mr. M., atwitter -- and it's hard to tell when they're being serious because they're so very camp -- it's time to have a go with the local senoritas.

Impressive! How do you like to work abs? (I don't like crunches very much. Leg lifts are fun IMO.)

MAXIMUM POTENTIAL (1986 DOLPH LUNDGREN WORKOUT VHS) - LOWER BACK
https://www.bitchute.com/video/LfaqHftOOBDo/

MAXIMUM POTENTIAL (1986 DOLPH LUNDGREN WORKOUT VHS) - STANDING EXERCISES
https://www.bitchute.com/video/ddCVzyUnX1Qr/
