A carnivore diet is great for a lot of purposes, but not so much for muscle building or losing the last few pounds of fat, so I am experimenting. I am eating three meals a day. Two are carbohydrate with no fat. The evening meal is fat and meat with no carbohydrate.
The thinking behind this is that carbs will enter the cells unimpeded since no fat will be present, so the Randle Cycle (look it up) will not be activated. This will allow for glycogen-filled muscles and good workouts. Between meals, fat can be burned. I get adequate protein and fat in the evening. Provided I don't eat between meals there is no need to limit the amount I eat since de novo lipogenesis from carbs is relatively inefficient and the evening meal is fairly satiating. What I am avoiding here - the big no-no - is mixing carbs and fat.
So far it is working well. It would be good if people gave it a try.

Oh thx. I have heard a lot about carnivore dieting. That a lot of diabetes got rid of useing meds thx to this and so on.
