A few things stood out to me:
1) Sheen is alfalfa enough for multiple people to bed with knowing he's HIV+, but

I would bet you $50 that Charlie Sheen is not a normal guy. I would bet you that he is a major pervert, just he has managed to keep it secret for most of his life. Remember that there are a disproportionate number of gay men in hollywood anyhow. This man has been using drugs and his ex-wife says he watches gay porn. The man had seemingly unlimited resources. Do you think he might have explored homosexuality? He sure explored drugs and $30,000 per hour sex workers.

It is extremely hard to pass from woman to man, and in relationships where one partner was infected and the other uninfected, it took over 1000 times to pass HIV to the uninfected partner in heterosexual relationships. It is really easy to pass from man to man, especially for the poor soul who is on the receiving in (the bottom partner). That is why gays used to comprise 85% of HIV positive people.

A devastating, life-changing event should have knocked some sense into him. But it didn't seem to change his behavior. Even after finding out that he had HIV, he kept right on seeing prostitutes, even having them sign non-disclosure agreements to hide his secret.

He finally went pubic because he was being blackmailed. According to him, he had already paid out millions to his blackmailers.

I suspect that his homosexuality emerged later in his life, after years of indulging in prostitutes and drugs. This latest event may be God's way of telling him he has one last chance to clean up his life, otherwise he's going to burn forever.

If you toss those who try to bang as much but for free with those who are flat out paying for sex which is fair.

We should also keep in mind that Charlie was raped repeatedly as a child- a lot of this might be hypermasculine behavior and drug use to deal with that. Guys who get raped as children usually are kind of messed up for life, that's just how it goes.
