That is a great song by one of the great underrated bands of the 80's. If you thought it was an endorsement of the behavior depicted then you missed the point. In the early days they were all about mocking things, but later evolved to become a Halloween-themed band. Lots and lots of fun and addictive songs like Dead Man's Party which is still sometimes played on the radio around Halloween.

Keeping it short here, but I could say a lot more about. If I could resurrect (necromance?) one defunct band it would probably be these guys.
