Heat and Cold Miser

Post by jamesbond »

Here is clip from the stop animation Christmas show, "The year without a Santa Claus." As a kid growing up, shows like this were very popular. Here is a short clip from the infamous "Mr. Heat and Mr. Cold Miser" giving their singing preformances.

RANKIN/BASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Rankin/Bass. Ive always been a humongous fan! I love rankin/bass. i couldnt help commenting. Ive watched almost all cartoons and make a yearly tradition to watch on Christmas season. All of their episodes are so good. Though it seems that all of them are family oriented its not. Some of them have some touchy adult stuff that can probably be seen as controversial for kids. I love there way of creation and story telling. Its a prime example to me on how cartoons and family fun have decline. Now we have resort to cgi anime's and lame teeny bopper jokes. How things have changed for the worst. These cartoons like walt disney's were so well made from the production, to the voices, to the songs and they were so cheap to make. Now we have overpriced over commercialized garbage. Anyway, it doesnt matter cause good stuff will forever have fans. Like Rankin/Bass. The legend continues.
